This is the unofficial world record native aluminum nugget (natural). Massive showcase specimen destined for a private or public museum. I was able to physically remove most of the decomposed granite but there is still some embedded granite visible. Excellent color and brightness and the shape is so thick and complex it's hard to believe. The head and tail are clearly visible. XRF analysis shows 43% light elements (LE), 34% aluminum, 7% copper, 6% silicon, 5% zinc, 2% manganese and 1% iron with trace amounts of hafnium, calcium, tungsten, tin, chromium, phosphorus, lead, cadmium, antimony, nickel and zirconium.
